Robin Rickerman, Sales and Catering Manager of the Crowne Plaza, St. Louis, Clayton, has joined the

Kitchen Conservatory, the premier cooking school in St. Louis, and is now offering certified Kosher supervise by the Vaad Hoeir cooking classes. These demonstration classes will teach how to make the foods of different
cuisines using Kosher ingredients in a Kosher kitchen. Class participants will receive a packet
of great recipes and get to eat the delicious food prepared before them. Space is limited, so
